How many adults that live in the United states do not have a high school diploma?

I don't know that anyone will ever know that for sure. Most elderly do not..most of them quit school when they were young to work..they had to. More and more kids r quitting HS today without graduating. I know my brother did. My dad doesn't have his. Like I said, I doubt you could ever get an accurate # on this

I have no Idea however I am one whom does not have a high school deploma nor a GED...I do however have a BS Degree in secondary education. I taught school for some 16 years.

I don't know, but I do know some people that never earned a high school diploma are more successful then some college grads. *Medwin does not advocate dropping out of high school*
