  • Run. Cardio Start moving your limbs. Get your blood pumping, you will see a big difference... Trust me.
  • Diet and exercise.
  • Don't smoke, as this will contrict blood vessels. Put some cayenne pepper on your food or eat more spicy food. Massage your hands and feet if you are sitting around. Exercise at least 40 min. 3 times a week (this is what i have found to be a minimum to feel good). If you can visit a health club and go from warm to cool to warm a few times, using the swimming pool and whirpool, this will help.
