  • I don't think that the two are co-dependant. For example, I know someone who is an awesome and well-accomplished guitar player (the art), the thing is he never writes any of his own music (the creation).
  • Yes I think you probably can in some fields. An Artist can paint a landscape or a still life but does not have to create the subject. A Dancer is artistic but the Choreographer creates. The same with a musician, he can be brilliant but need not write music. They are artists of interpretation not creativity.
