  • It really depends on how active you are. I have been on birth control for a while and gained like five pounds or so. When I started working out again, it just came right off. You just have to really work at it. But that comes with losing any weight, whether you are on the pill or not.
  • People think that birth control pills alter your weight but this isn't true. The pills simply retain or decrease the water in your body - it's all water weight. You still have the same amount of fat, etc. so don't associate birth control pills with weight loss - I asked my doctor this question a couple of months ago.
