You can visit Belgium at almost any time of the year, and the weather will be about the same, dull with rain. April to September will find the warmest climate, and with a bit of luck, you may well get some sunshine during July and August. The best time to visit is during one of the many festivals that are hosted in the countries, although hotel rooms can be more expensive and harder to come by due to higher demand.

The best time to visit the North European countries is when it is very hot in the Mediterranean countries like July and August. Regards.

Early May, the tulips are blooming. June, the weather is wonderful (except for the light rain) and people haven't left their business's for a month's vacation as they sometimes do in August. September is also a nice time.
