  • This is a quote from a site by a scientist who claims to have invented an anti-gravity machine: > The Lifter is an asymmetrical capacitor which uses High > Voltage ( > 20KV ) to produce a thrust. > > The Lifter works without moving parts, flies silently, uses only > electrical energy and is able to lift its own weight plus an additional > payload. The Lifter uses the Biefeld-Brown effect discovered by > Thomas Townsend Brown in 1928. The basic design of the Lifter has > been fully described in the Townsend Brown US Patent N°2949550 > filed on Aug 16, 1960 and titled "Elektrokinetic Apparatus", you will > find in this patent the full description of the main principle used in the > Lifter devices. The site is located here ---> http://jnaudin.free.fr/lifters/main.htm
  • With our present knowledge, it cannot be done. Gravity is one of the "laws of physics" . The mass of objects appear to attract each other. They have never been seen to repell each other. Creating an effect that has never been seen in nature, is a long shot. Every man -made effect occurs somewhere in nature. We put things together to create effects...we are new at the process. Nature has been at it for billions of years. Other forces..electrostatic..mechanical..can hold objects up. They are not anti-gravity. If their was anti-gravity you would know. It would be the biggest invention in history. But,hey what do I know
  • People who make trains that do not contact the rail can generate enough of an electro-magnetic field in the lab to levitate a frog. It looks as if it were in one of those training wind-tunnels.
  • This last guy is right. The lifter is a fairly coherent answer to the anti-gravity question. Although the skepticism will never end by "Scientists" who think like first guy does, that gravity is a LAW. (which explains why you have never heard about it. The skepticism is so deep that many credible scientists brush it off as if it were nothing. These are the guys that will be kicking theirselves in the butt in 5 years. To me gravity is not a law. It just has not been tested to its full potential. Just think, a few hundred years ago, we KNEW that the earth was flat. The lifter works. I have SEEN it work. NO ONE knows how it exactly works, but it does. Actually a 17 year old boy figuered it out in 1928 when building a "Fitzeau's Condenser". when he added voltage, the tin foil and wax paper shot through his barn roof. This thing is real, and if you don't believe it.....build one yourself.
  • The only way to create an antigravity machine would be to invent "negative mass", OR some form of a graviton-superconductor (if indeed the graviton is the correct image), in which all gravity-field-lines are expelled from the superconducting material. Now, it is important to note, "negative mass" is not "antimatter", antimatter has positive m values. Whilst I don't want to completely rule out the graviton super conductor, it's unlikely. Electrical super conductors operate by forming cooper-pairs on the electrons to change fermions into bosons.
