Chicken Parmesan. Not a big eggplant fan.

Depends. Eggplant encrusted and BBQed and then cut into strips and used OR Chicken in a wet seasoning for 30 minutes, patted dry and dry rubbed and BBQed. both are unique and taste great.

This is tricky, because Mom makes amazing Eggplant Parmesan. Every other time I've had it, it hasn't been good. And I don't really care for either, so I'll go with Eggplant Parmesan.

Eggplant. I don't know why but I'm having trouble liking or eating anything with chicken in it any more. Then when I do eat chicken at all. It has to be cooked and cut a certain way.
