Yep- whenever a rat got near me she'd swoop down and fly off with it to feed her kids. ;) I really appreciated her pest-control services. Actually she didn't watch me at all. One time she came to my work area to give me a form to sign or something and I was doing some recreational internet stuff. She said something like, "I hope that nobody's monitoring your internet activity." I told her that corporate sent us a memo saying we could use the net for non-business activities as long as we didn't go to pornographic or terrorist sites and that it didn't interfere with our work. She said something like, "OK, that's good to know" and that was that. :)

No, they know that I know what I'm doing, but some of the other waitresses, they do..

She doesn't care what I do at all. As long as the work gets done, I can do whatever I want.

I only had one who attempted to micro manage our group. It didn't go over well with us, and I was nominated to talk with her about it. She stopped after that,except with the younger, newer workers. She was a real treat

I don't have a boss. But when I did I don't recall them doing so. At least if they did I didn't notice, I was probably focusing on my work. Most of the time they realized I was responsible and dependable and didn't need watching then tried to recruit me to management.
