  • Trampolineing is exelent exersize for all of you're muscles. You get on there with some light barbells for an hour a day, and you'll be in the best shape of you're life.
  • Obviously it works mostly on your leg muscles, but more specifically I think it tones your lower calf and ankles. Whenever I jump with friends my ankles feel a bit sore after. I think you must use them alot to jump high.
  • ALl of them! :D its really good for you! i go 4 hours a week! :D i love it, the best thing to do is join a club with some of your friends you'll be toneing your muscles and having fun!
