To use something like that, in my opinion, would be a mis-steak. i like mine medium rare and as they are.

I use Lea and Perrins on burgers, but kosher salt, crushed black pepper and olive oil on my steak.

No one is on my steak, but me, why ruin a perfectly great steak, with that crap.

G'day Terrytuker, Thank you for your question, When I eat steak, I generally eat it with a mushroom sauce. If I was having sauce, it would be tomato or barbecue but of the three, I would choose Lea and Perrins. Regards
