are you pregnant, if youre a dude sorry for guessing period and pregnancy it could be youre sleep, even if people get all the sleep theyre supposed to have they might not get good sleep like REM sleep or sleeping in bad conditions etc. if you have a camera record youreself sleeping it might show something if it is youre sleep
