• I would suggest taking Pepto Bismol; unless, of course you have an allergic reaction to it. Drinking water sometimes also helps me! However, I am NOT a medical doctor, so before you take anything such as this, it's best to seek the medical advice from an AMA-trained medical doctor.

  • That would depend on why it hurts. Have you overworked the muscles? Is it digestive issues? Do you have an ulcer? Too much acid? Water will slowly bring your ph back to normal. If you're too acid baking soda (saltines-soda crackers) will bring almost immediate relief. If you're too base vinegar will help, either way drink plenty of water or you may mess up your potassium levels. For sore muscles try an epsom salts bath with warm to hot water.
