  • No. The Intel GMA is a built-in graphics device, and therefore doesn't have it's own RAM module, which means that the main board and the Video device are sharing RAM which will only cause dropped performance in both the overall machine performance AND the graphics performance. The Radeon x800 has it's own dedicated memory module, which means that it's going to be a lot faster, and it's not going to take away performance from the machine.
