Since the notion of artificial intelligence originated from the mind of someone who was genuinely stupid, I think the first is merely an extension of the second. The closest thing we have to artificial intelligence today is Google, now even people who are genuinely stupid can instantly show how much they know on any topic.

..how about "human rigid mindset"..that is a state in which thinking does not occur, in which certain "truths" are held and believed without thought being involved at all..in which dogma is swallowed en masse because the "powers that be" decree it to be necessary to be "one of them"! :(
