Is everyone aware that posting links to rejected questions and answers is a penalty-box offense? Just looking out for everyone here. I speak from experience, LOL.

no didn't have a clue ... seems a bit stupid to be P.Boxed over something so minor and to my way of thinking a good service to fellow ABers ..helps warn them and helps them to identify say trolls for example...

Whoa, didn't know that. So, say I linked to a question, but then it got rejected after I linked to it....that wouldn't get me PB'd, would it?

I just checked our logs, and you received no penalty for "posting links to rejected questions" or any reason that sounded remotely like that. Are you sure this was the reason? For the record, posting a link to a rejected question, by itself, it not an offense, and in some cases is actually necessary. I'm not going to speculate on the details of your situation because I don't know what happened, but if perhaps someone was posting links to a question which was itself offensive or abusive, or considered to be an attack on another user, and there was other background on the situation, a penalty may be given. -
