    The prices on this web site seem too good to be true for DRM-free MP3s: http://www.mp3fiesta.com I did some googling, but wasn't able to get a definitive answer about whether this is legal stuff or not.

    It is illegal to download the songs if you are in America. There are many countries that are not a party to the Berne Convention or the WTO, and are therefore not bound by those treaties. Some of those countries (under their local laws) don't protect copyrights. Russia was a hotbed for sites like this, but they recently changed their laws (due to U.S. pressure) to protect foreign copyrights. Russia was willing to do so because it is trying to become a WTO member.
