oh wow, that is a toughie, girl! I grew up in Mayberry, RFD...been there, done that... Hmm, you know that moon where the ewoks live...is that the moon of Endor or something like that? That was kind of neat... There is a fictional setting in a book called "Nobody's Son". Set in the day of "keeps" and "woods" and dark spells cast over the land... Rivendell in Middle Earth. Particularly the airy, leaf-blown depiction in Peter Jackson's version--blurrs the lines between "inside" & "outside", and cool architecture. And those waterfalls!

The planet Chiron from James Hogan's SF novel "Voyage From Yesteryear." It's about the closest thing any SF writer has ever concieved to a true utopia. It has complete freedom in the Libertarian sense. Also, all goods are manufactured by robots, and so nobody has to work for a living unless they want to do so for the personal reward of it.
