Well ladies and gentlemen the real answer is : 1 Mossad. You just need to read history and understand that behind the most powerful country (US)are the Israelis, they are the only people in the world who make US halt everything and give them attention in case they cough or itch. SO ideally they have the CIA,FBI,CTU where Jack Bauer works and you all know what Jack can do,NSA,and remember also UK are puppets to the US so in addition Scotland yard and MI6. So the most powerful Intelligence agencies in the world directly or indirectly work with Mossad to ensure Israel is safe. Only KGB that's out of the box but if you have noticed Russia has really never appeared bothered by Israel,which is good so you never know. The good thing is that if you are Israels friend one way or another your country will always benefit,its a phenomena. well ISI of pakistan is the best. they have troubled india for 6 decades defeated the USSR protected their nuclear assets from USA,india.and all it is due to the fact they are out of goverment hands and are often dubbed as a state within a state.
