fraud isn't the word id use . over prescribed maybe, or addictive drugs prescribed to people that don't need them. Drugs make you not feel pain when you've been awake all night in pain you are thankful to take them aren't you. If you get yourself hooked on drugs because you think you have anxiety whos fault is that? Taking drugs isn't a solution to most of lifes problems it only hides from them. Example pain killers don't fix pain they just make you numb so you cant feel it nothing is fixed.
