  • Lots of things that aren't designated vegan, but still qualify taste good. French bread and olive oil with balsamic vinegar, Lots of Asian vegetable dishes qualify as vegan too. P-nut butter, hummus, etc. Pumpkin soup however, is unfinished without that butter or creme fraiche on top, IMHO. 3/21/25

  • There's a recipe for vegetarian split pea soup that's really good. Look on AllRecipes. Warning: it gives you gas! But the flavor is excellent!
