It's hard to get a simple "yes or no" answer on this from the internet. Here is a "fact check" statement on the subject. Verdict: False "There is no evidence Cheney has been indicted for “treason and other high crimes” by the Navy. A Department of Defense spokesperson denied such an indictment against the congresswoman had been filed." THere hasn't been anything on American news sources about this either. Sounds like some of the famous "fake news" that is always being published.
