Yes, I have. They are alright. Usually batter fried, the firm white flesh is not really like chicken, but it isn't like fish either. The ones that are farm raised are always consistent and clean. The wild ones harvested out of ponds are a toss-up. If the water is muddy and brackish, the meat will taste like that too. They are worth a try. 9/30/ 24
