Where you live, has the Internet been so busy you couldn't get on it?
Some days I have to wait an hour or more to check email. This is around 5-6pm. Is it internet traffic that causes this or something else.?

I don’t have any problems with internet access to the internet but many years ago there were problems with internet access because of not only 2 or 3 people in the household at the same time but at the time I heard there were problems with the internet in the estate I live in. I think problems with internet access can happen because of lots of people using it at the same time.

dail up was quicker than that there is something wrong with eirther your connection or your device as you cant answer questions about your device or connection no one can help you. It should provide the speeds you are paying for. At least half during peak times email dont need much. https://www.speedtest.net/
