Why do people in some countries stereotype the Irish by thinking that we all drink alcohol and that we are leprechauns when in fact leprechauns are made up characters in the imagination?
I am Irish and I do not drink alcohol. I stay away from that stuff. Also I am a human being and not a leprechaun

Not everyone in Ireland drinks alcohol so why do you think we all do according to your answer? Some people like to call Irish people leprechauns and others like yourself call Irish people Paddy.
