    they dont in the city of Melbourne Ive seen heaps of homeless drug addicts sleeping outside the church. 99% of the homeless that are sleeping on the street in Australia are drug addicts. Those that arent on drugs hide in the bush ,the car or somewhere else out of sight.

    They use to let rough sleepers use them, but not anymore. It's still mainly the church that volunteer in the soup kitchens etc.
