    When my home in Katerine was washed away in flood waters and I got nothing as the insurance excluded floods I dont bother with insurance Its a form of gamabling Ned Flanders . As I own everything Ive got no one can force me to have insurance its bleeding some people I know dry. A thief wouldn't take any of my appliences as they are all old.

      insurance is bleeding some of my friends dry they brought big propertys under finance they must have insurance ,then the insurance companys changed the so called fire zones and doubled their insurance costs
