Can sociopaths change?
Do you think sociopathic people can start to feel empathy again? Maybe if they meditate? They're not born that way.

I think sociopaths can change through encouragement. You are right in saying they are not born that way. It’s to do with the people around them that makes them become a sociopath. I think if they surround themselves in a different environment of people who are in touch with emotions, they will have a change of heart and feel empathy.

They can change with self awareness, but they still have urges to prey on weak people, this normally means kind and empathic people as they are easily manipulated emotionally.
