How did people end up so stupid?
A women told me before that cars of the 60's were lots more reliable than cars of today. When I asked her what I did when I reset the point gap she didn't know what the points were or what they did. The silly cow honesly believes old cars are more reliable how does one get that stupid?

Maybe she meant cheaper, because you can fix the old cars yourself, if you can get the parts that is, but plenty of firms do replica parts for old vehicles now. Did you ask her to elaborate?

plenty of them arent worth buying as in poor quality that aren't worth ones time installing. might be cheap but no quailty. I asked her I what used to her first car every 6 months when I used to change or re gap the breaker point gap. She didn't know what I was on about.
