When playing 8 ball and the black goes in off the break who wins?
I've only ever seen it happen once.

Depends on the house rules, but, generally the player who gets the 8 ball in on the break wins, assuming that player didn't also commit a foul. Some tables, though, require the 8 ball to be re-racked. Very very rarely, some slimy billiard halls will consider it a foul and declare a penalty against the player.
