Did you know: "African American students test worse at English than students who speak it as a second language?" Why do you think that is?

It sounded to me like he was trying to blame the teachers. But the same teachers are teaching the other children so why should that be a factor?

I could tell you all why but it would offend some of you and the answer would be deleted. lack of effort is the starting point.

Many black people are victims of redlining. Redlining is a why for realtors to not sell to them. Therefore usually the only places to live are in poor neighborhoods with underfunded schools and inferior teachers.

11stevo73 maybe they shouldn't reneg on loan payments is why that happened. Or do we all want to pretend its all ways white people making life hard for black people?
