Isn't it? I mean (comparable question): when a Christian prays to win the lottery, and that Christian wins, why did they win instead of lose?

Because that's not the normal way God blesses. God blesses far more higher standard than that. You work, and you eat. Just like parents, they don't give a lottery ticket as a possession. It's like asking a King for a winning ticket.
