I don't know enough about it to know. So far: what I've heard is things like, *** "Trump knew that the election results were valid". (I don't know HOW he could have known that...) *** Trump tried to overturn the election results (I agree, but I don't know if what he tried to do was illegal, and if it was illegal, I don't know HOW illegal it was) *** Trump could have stopped the Capitol riot (not stopping a crime is typically not itself a crime) ### Again, though: I'm not sure what all the evidence is, and I'm not sure of the law. Based on what little I DO know, I don't think he'll be found guilty. On the other hand: I don't think he's going to be found guilty on any trumped-up charges. That is: I think that IF he's found guilty, it's because he IS guilty.
