Is it good or bad idea to make my pomeranian gain weight

He is healthy and has no problems -- vet gave him good report after complete exam. But he looks too small. I was wondering if I should feed him much more so he looks bit bigger. Or will that be bad for his health?

Stick to what the doctor told you. If you disagree get another doctor. BTW dr's get degrees in this stuff. Don't second guess them.
