How safe is it to take Vitamins, Supplements, Hair products for hair loss ?

That would depend on the product. Most vitamin supplements do nothing more than make expensive urine. Especially if you don't need them. When my hair got so thin you could see my scalp, I just wore a hat in public so I wouldn't frighten the children, but I believed at the time it was temporary, and it was. Still it was very emotional for me to lose my beautiful 30+ inches of virgin hair! It was worth over $200 according to the calculator! More than that, it was a part of me and had been for 20 years! But guys look good bald. Women, not so much. Or at least its not as socially acceptable.
