At the time (I was a child)...I NEVER thought much of the Addam's Family, and I thought Herman Munster was hilarious. Note, however, that (like most families) we had one TV, and parents decided what was watched...and what we watched was the Munsters, not Addam's Family. Interestingly, IMDB rates them very close...and usually IMDB ratings reflect my own opinions fairly well.

Loved both as a kid, but the humour on the Addams Family was so much more unique, in my opinion.
