• I eat what I'm given and I'm thankful for it. I only buy brown rice. I don't eat rice often. I usually eat wheat or 12 grain bread or cereal.
  • I eat brown rice because being diabetic its the only rice I can eat Its glycemic index is moderate as opposed to super high with white rice Besides it maintains its B complex vitamins.
