  • Not for those following Christ, since God is a God of life not death. In fact God is a rescuer from death. Proverbs 8:36 But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death. Leviticus 19:31 - Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards, to be defiled by them: I [am] the LORD your God. Deut 18:10 - 12 There shall not be found among you [any one] that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, [or] that useth divination, [or] an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For all that do these things [are] an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee. 1 Timothy 4:1 - Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Psalms 115:17 - The dead praise not the LORD, neither any that go down into silence. Halloween is celebrated because they believe at this time of year the veil between the dead and the living is at it's thinnest, and this allows them to pass over. It's also the time of the year where the days become shorter than the nights, hence darkness reigns. The Satanic Church has two major holy days, Halloween and Beltane. Quote Anton Levay " "I am glad that Christian parents let their children worship the devil at least one night out of the year. Welcome to Halloween."

  • Halloween is the eve of all saints day. So yes, it is a holy day. We have to take these facts into consideration when we are deciding whether it is acceptable to become involved in such practices. Halloween is a common tradition, maybe we celebrated as children. However, as some point we have to ask ourselves “Does this originate with God, or the wicked one?” 1 John 5:19
