  • Shan Yu the Hun in "Mulan" (1998) is sort of in that "gray" area.
    • Linda Joy
Yes, gray. But obviously Chinese. However, there is a disproportionate number of white female villains!

There's also Darth Vader, voiced by James Earl Jones, but that's kind of a cheat too.
    • Linda Joy
      And its not Disney.
    • mushroom
Well... Vader appears in "Rogue One" (2016), so that's Disney.
    • Linda Joy
Oh, ok. I don't really know that much about it. My son gave me the puzzle for my birthday and I just saw a lot of wicked women and some animals then realized none of them were black. But isn't Vader Luke's father?
    • Linda Joy
They have a black princess! I like the princesses more than the villians.
  • no idea
  • No. That would be racially stereotyping the character and we can't do that.
    • Linda Joy
But they can have a disproportionate number of evil white women! And I think they unfairly target animals in this area as well. Hahaha.
    • Archie Bunker
Agreed. There needs to be a proportional amount of sub-groups represented in their villainy arsenal.
