Dose saffron really work ?
I heard saffron extract is a good Appetite suppressant has anybody taking it and can give me your opinion of it ? Also I read that 30mg is the recommended dose but I found saffron extract pills on Amazon and it says 88.25 mg isn t that to high of a dose. WebMD says to much of it can be deadly I m not Formiliar with this stuff at all and would just like to find out from somebody that knows more about it. Any information would be helpful. Thanks
