  • Tires worn beyond safe limits. Using a U.S. penny insert it in the tire tread grooves with Lincoln's head down into the groove. If you can see the top of Lincoln's head the tire is beyond safe limits for wear. Another major problem is the loose nut 6 inches behind the steering wheel.

Are you the same 'thinker' that's been here all along, or did you just change your name to the same as his? Lobotomy got it,scroll down.

  • Check engine light is on.
    • Linda Joy
      Yes! You win!
    • Thinker
this would be true and the reason few people pay attention to it is because the many sensors now involved with the electrical systems can send a false signal to the computer making the check engine light come on. if a major problem there is another light saying to shut down the engine. There are too many sensors that just a millivolt change in current will trun on the engine light and nothing be wrong with the engine.
  • Inevitably it's followed by a 13th car
  • They're manufactured in the U.S...
  • Besides a check engine light another main problem with the 1 in 12 people on the road/highway is drunk drivers.
