Why do we have to have birthdays on a yearly basis?
Especially if I don't like cakes, why not 'crepes' or 'cannoli'?

5-25-2017 If you are Jewish, age 13 is the age of adulthood. If you are American, 18 is the age when you can sign contracts. In any case, you are not considered mature before age 30, and you have to be 35 to be elected president of the USA. So cake or no cake, you have to keep count.

Because it's actually an anniversary of your birthday and anniversary means once a year. But I'm with you I think we should totally have cannoli instead of cake! And chocolate should definitely be involved!
