• I like several duet songs, but "Leather and Lace" by Stevie Nicks and Don Henley is one of one of my favorites...
  • I was involved in a duet a few years ago called "Our Great God".
  • Simon and Garfunkel The Boxer\ Half and Oates Sara Smile
  • Two of my favorite duets that come immediately to mind are: Teacher do you love me, and A child's prayer I concede the singers are not famous in the secular sense, so I offer Porter Wagner and Dolly Parton's Our Love's the Fighting Kind tongue in cheek.

  • Lucky Stars by the adorable Dean Friedman and the beautiful Denise Marsa.

I didn't like that song when it was a hit, but I've grown to like it in more recent years. Whatever happened to Denise Marsa? I've never seen head nor tail of her since that record fell out of the charts some time in 1978.

I can well believe that. That's just the sort of sadistic thing you'd do, isn't it?

My main nurturing instinct toward small children is mild sadism--picking them up and threatening to drop them--which is why I am a good Uncle, but would make a poor Father.

  • "It Takes Two Baby", by Marvin Gaye and Kim Weston. This utterly delightful song never fails to put me in a good mood whenever I hear it.
    • Bootsiebaby
That's a wonderful song, Nosmo. It was released years before I was born but it is still popular now, and so it should be. :)
