Sufficient poverty takes away any ability to chose better, rendering the question moot in my case. But I'm sure others look upon me and scorn as a way of making themselves feel elevated, even though their poop smells worse than anyone's.

Each person’s journey is their own choice and nobody else’s so there is no point hearing someone else’s perspective. Each of us have our own personal business to attend to so I don’t see the point in what someone else has to say about that unless it’s a choice that is a life or death situation so someone can step in to help the person who understands what they are going through mental health-wise.
