What is your most favorite "short" anime ever and why?

I am looking for a new interesting anime to watch, so knowing what is your favorite anime and why, without spoilers of course, could help me find my next anime to watch. I prefer anime up to 24 episodes maximum, I have commitment issues, hehe. Thanks.

There are lots to choose but I recommend Kokoro Connect (12 episodes), Daily Live of High School Boys (12), Gin no Saji (24, if you're into agri-anime)...
