How should employee of the quarter be figured?
I have notice where I work at employees are being awarded for months not even worked yet. For example we are in the month of November and the employee was awarded Oct 1st for October, November and December. But shouldn't it be like this? In October the employee would receive the award for months already works which would be July, August and September?

That makes sense that employees should be awarded for the time that can be evaluated. I would quietly inquire. 😉
