I don't have a house yet. But, my apartment doesn't have washer/dryer hookups, or a garden tub. Or a front porch. I always wanted a garden tub and a front porch...

A dish washer. My kitchen is like 4x9 or something. It's TINY! Oh and it's an apartment, not a house. :P

I hope I can say more than one, drywall, electric wires, water heater, plumbing, tub, toilet, shower/tub,carpet,ceiling fans, okay now I am too frustrated to go on.

an air conditioner, i would put one in but i am afraid that my window might break, this is such an old apartment i live in,freaking hot here in the summer and bitterly cold here in the winter. I can really feel the cold breeze of winter when i stick my hand at the bottom of my window ledge.The breeze is so strong it is like having no window there at all.

Curtains, adequate lighting, central a/c, straight walls, fresh paint, insulation, and a wider staircase.

More than one bathroom.

Personally, I've always wanted a house with a urinal. And some secret passageways. But for appliance conveniences, I guess I'm pretty blessed that theres nothing much that I need. Not that I have everything, but its alright.

My previous house had a fully equipped upstairs bathroom and in the basement was another toilet and wash basin - very handy for people coming in from the garden with dirty hands. How, in a much smaller house, I just have an ordinary, upstairs bathroom, (bath, basin and toilet) but that's not a big issue as I now live alone.

A drive but I don't drive these days. Visitors can park in the main road where I live and there are several 'lay-bys' very close to my home so it's not a problem most of the time.

Someone to help me clean, at least while I'm on chemo. I seem to be getting farther and farther behind! And while I live in an apartment, I have almost every convenience listed here as well as subsidized rent, including power and the water and pool are included so I'm very thankful for what I have!
