We do not have nearly enough information to make intelligent speculation about this, but, assuming there is a Creator God who is spirit and interacts with His creation, here are some thoughts: They might have been created with no spiritual aspect and no relationship with God. They may never have rebelled against God. God may have provided for relationship with them after a fall. God may have designed an entirely different kind of relationship with them. I do not believe the Bible has any clear teaching on the subject and I see no way for philoshophical or theological speculation to discern a practical answer.

That all depends on the size of their brains. I am sure if there brains were larger then ours they would have better things to think. If on the other hand there brains were the same size as ours they too would go round and round about silly questions.

This is a channeled answer from the Angels of the Tree of Life and we want everyone to know that the extra-terrestrials that exist are also creations of God Most High of the Universe because He created everything in existence. Not all extra-terrestrials know that they have been created from this source because their thinking functions are not like man but that is the reality. There are some life forms which are on a higher level than mankind and they are very much aware of God Most High and worship Him in their own way. There is so much variety in the life forms in existence that we cannot say what is true for each form but people need to know that they are not the only life forms in existence and there are many many more. God looks at all forms of life with equal love and acceptance since they are all a part of Him and created from a spark of His energy. Most people will not understand this or accept this but it is true. Some life forms are more positive than others but they all come from the same source. Man needs to learn about the existence of the others in the universe because soon they will make themselves known to a large population on earth and you must not fear or harm them because they will be coming with good will. They are waiting for the right time when people will be open enough to accept them for who they are. These are exciting times for mankind and the consciousness of mankind is rising very quickly. The extra-terrestrials that want to make themselves known are coming to help mankind in his ascension process and should be welcomed with open arms. Energy is energy and has the same form in all of existence. Man needs to know that he is a part of the whole and not alone. For any answer that involves God, we must consult the Bible. [ 2 Timothy 3;16] He created the universe [Genesis 1;1][ the aliens home..somewhere] God has solved OUR problems [ Satan/ disobedience etc.] using his ONLY son, Jesus. Jesus was in existence WHEN the universe was created [ Proverbs 8;22-31] Therefore, Jesus was there WHEN and IF aliens were created. IF aliens ever experienced a problem, like ours, with EVIL, or disobedience, DID God solve it ALSO with Jesus or use OTHER sons? But Jesus is God's ONLY son. On this basis, HAS Jesus had to sacrifice himself MULTIPLE times, for the benefit of aliens, just like he did for us? . The Bible says No. 1Peter 3;18 Why, even Christ died once for all time concerning sins, a righteous [person] for unrighteous ones, that he might lead YOU to God, he being put to death in the flesh, but being made alive in the spirit". So on the basis that Jesus died ONCE...for all time... there can not be other alein races in our universe. My own conclusions were drawn from what the scriptures say. If Jesus died once for us, he is not available to die for anyTHING else. And unless God has any other arrangement in place, all we have to go on IS the scriptures. And WHY would he keep us ignorant of any arrangement that might confuse our thinking. A loving God would not do that. Read Amos 3;7 For the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will not do a thing unless he has revealed his confidential matter to his servants the prophets.

Cherubim, Seraphim, and angels are all spoken of as beings in service to God, I guess you could call them extraterrestrials. It seems even those, which like angels, are spirit beings (Hebrews 1:14), can still take physical form as they wish. Essentially, their relationship with God would be that mentioned in the Bible, simply servants of God, albeit ones who haven't fallen. However, their relationship would actually be below that we can have through faith in Jesus Christ and they actually long to know more about that incredible relationship (1 Peter 1:12)

"If" extra terrestrials do exist, they too would have the same level of understanding that there is a greater force in the universe. Of course there is no evidence in the Bible that beings from another planet do or have ever existed. If they’re where, I think there would be far greater confusion that we might be seen as the "extra-terrestrials" and they would be asking the same question. I believe that God created the Heavens and the Earth and all upon it and that we are the only life forms in the universe.

If this extra-terrestrial life appeared humanoid, I would assume it to be in all intent and purpose human; made in the image of God. However, if alien life appeared to be different I'm not sure if we could still say they would have the same relationship. . One might argue that the term "image of God" refers to our intellectual capacity or social relational ability, but we should remember that even the angels are recognized as having a different kind of relationship to God as us.
