Many too many I am afraid I Take Multivitamins as well as individual vitamins also quite a few prscription for various things. Not for depression or anything just physical conditions mainly self caused.

None. If I don't have enough iron or vitamin C, I just try to eat foods that have them (and I do enjoy lemons!). Things like Advil and Aspirin make my head hurt for some reason.

Most days - 4 in the morning, 6 at night. Twice to three times a week I take 8+ at night. Morning: Citalopram, thyroxine, 2 bupropion. Night: 2 lithium, 1 bupropion, 3 quetiapine. Occasionally (as in 2-3 times a week) 2-4 Temazepam at night or 1-2 Triazolam.

None. Good, healthy diet and lots of exercise and I'm so healthy my doctor reckons I'll live to 120 and he'll never earn anything off me! Kinda lucky I think. Good genes or somthin'.

Two aspirin. Heart/blood pressure pill twice a day. Loratadine in morning & a pseudoephedrine tab before bed. Senior multivitamin. Solaray Eleuthero cap. Nexium.

I take a multivitamin, a probiotic, and hyaluronic acid supplements. That's it. I use painkillers when I need them, which is not every day, and sometimes melatonin at night. I am also using a prescribed ointment for a skin condition at the moment.
