I have tried two that worked for me: On ball point pen stains: hairspray and brush On rust, mostly from rusty clothes hangers: apply lemon and salt, and let it under the sun for a while. It will fade away almost like magic.

Try some hairspray, it works well on ink stains, just spray it on the ink and rub with a bar of soap. Rubbing alcohol dabbed on the stained area may also lift the ink. Or, mix up a paste of cream of tartar and lemon juice. Smear over the stain and let sit for an hour or so, then wash.
