That is so awsome! I like Rum Ball Rounds, with coconut liquor, and fresh minced cocnut inside ! "Do not eat and drive!" Follow the origional recipie and change the liquor! +6

Ooh yummy!!! I want a very simple firm but chewy oatmeal cookie - no raisin, lots of spice. Or perhaps a dense butter cookie w/ royal icing. Have fun!

Choclate chip with lots and LOTS of chips PLEASE! . If you can't swing that, I used to love cookies that were available in Canada when I was a kid. They went under the brand name "Dad's". . Not available where I am now and no idea if they still are in Canada. . I searched the web and found a lot of recipes for them. Found lot's of cookies caled Dad's, but none similar. . If you can't swing the chocolate chip, some dad's type oatmel would make my day! . Hugs, kisses and thanks in advance for the cookies!

Every year I make a stuffing with dried apricots, dried apples and craisens for Thanksgiving. I always end up with half of each bag left over. I want to make a cookie using these fruits. I have tried Hemits (taste is too strong), Tollhouse (wimpy taste and not strong enough to hold the fruit well). This year I thought I would try an oatmeal cookie. Can you come up with any ideas for a cookie base for these fruits? That is what I would like baked from you class please.
